We're passionate about food and hospitality, and we’re looking to add a talented, enthusiastic Line Cook/Prep Cook to our kitchen team. This is a part-time position with potential full-time for the right candidate.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and attention to detail. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic kitchen and grow your culinary skills while working with a talented team. You will work alongside a skilled kitchen team to prepare exceptional meals while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook dishes to order while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.

Assist in prepping ingredients, ensuring everything is ready and organized for service.

Ensure that all food is prepared in accordance with safety and sanitation regulations.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.

Follow recipes provided by the Executive Chef to ensure the final dish meets the restaurant’s standards and consistency in all dishes.

Assist in inventory and stock management, ensuring products are stored properly and rotated.

Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth service, especially during peak hours.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment (fine dining experience is a plus, but not required).

Ability to follow recipes, work efficiently, and keep up with the demands of a busy kitchen.

Comfortable working under pressure and maintaining a calm, focused demeanor.

Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

Passion for food and culinary arts.

Able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
