We have a brand wine shop coming soon to Ashland in February or March. We're bringing a fresh perspective on wine to our charming little corner of the world, with a focus on small-batch producers, organic & biodynamic wines, and unique finds. We're looking for passionate people to join our team and help us build something special from the ground up.
We're aiming to open our doors in February or March and are currently hiring for the position of:
Sales Associate
What you'll do:
Share your love of wine (or your enthusiasm to learn!) Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service, guiding customers through our thoughtfully curated selection.
Be a part of the dream team. Assist with all aspects of running the shop, from receiving deliveries and stocking shelves to creating eye-catching displays.
Spread the wine love. Participate in tastings and events, helping us build a vibrant community around our shared passion for wine.
What you bring to the table:
A genuine interest in wine. Prior knowledge is fantastic, but a desire to learn and explore the world of wine is key. We'll provide ongoing training and support to help you grow your expertise.
People skills. You're comfortable engaging with customers, answering questions, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
A can-do attitude. You're a team player who's willing to pitch in wherever needed.
Excitement about joining a new venture. You're ready to roll up your sleeves and be a part of building something from the ground up.
Bonus points if you have:
Experience working in retail or hospitality.
Knowledge of specific wine regions or varietals.
A knack for visual merchandising.
