Winchester Properties is looking for hard-working, well-disciplined, and eager cooks to join our team.
As a pastry prep, some of your duties will include following recipes, plating, preparing and baking items such as breads, pastries, and assembling french inspired desserts. You will work with ovens, mixers, slicers to bake products that meet the highest quality, freshness, and safety standards. You will assist the Pastry Chef in a busy fast paced environment. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all food safety and sanitation requirements throughout your daily work. You will assist with cleaning and sanitizing food preparation areas, tools, and equipment. You will be required to work independently and organized throughout the shift while in service.

Capable of following directions
