We are looking for a server with specialty craft drink-making (mocktails & cocktails) experience/ability or a desire to learn such a refined and unique skill. We are willing to train for just the right energy and fit. Most important is an interest and inner artistry for it that wants to come out in.
Blue Toba is a long time beloved Indonesian restaurant serving craft everything, made to order, in downtown Ashland. We are a warm welcoming and a beautiful energy that exudes kindness and goodness. We are looking for someone who has an inner spark, is wanting a supportive, uplifting environment to work in, who communicates well and naturally, and has a strong level of emotional maturity and integrity.
We need someone who can multi-task and hustle with grace and calm, appreciates the depth of culture we offer and who wants to learn and even grow with us.
