Position Overview:We describe our Caregivers as Resident Care Assistants (RCA), and RCAs work to assist our residents in accomplishing their daily living goals, all the while supporting safety and dignity in our beautiful and homelike care facility. We value team members who have a desire to learn, solve problems, and continuously improve. A foundation of prior experience as a caregiver or CNA is preferred, but not required.
