Advantage Home Care invites you to join our care giving team. We are looking to hire individuals who are passionate about providing care that supports the quality of life for our clients and that helps them stay safe in their home. To support you in this crucial job, we provide 24 hour on-call support, continuing education and training, competitive wages and benefits, as well as paid sick leave.
What will you do?
Support your clients in activities of daily living by assisting with tasks such as:
cooking meals
helping client’s with medications, bathing, grooming and dressing
assisting with household chores such as light house cleaning and laundry
driving clients to the store or to appointments
being a companion and joining with them in their everyday activities and hobbies
monitoring and reporting on client condition
and more!
When/Where will you work?
Each client has individual care plans with specific care needs and their own schedule.
We have clients who need care during all hours of the day and night 24 hours a day in the privacy of their home ranging from 1-24 hours. We will work to match your availability and skill set with the appropriate clients.
Minimum Requirements:
Are you a good fit for our company? Yes, if you're you passionate about improving lives! Ideally, our employees have some experience in care giving which could include caring for a family member or even formal training such as CNA, MA, etc. however a license is not required to be a caregiver. We provide initial and ongoing paid training!
You must be 18 years of age.
Be able to pass a national background check.
Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle with proof of current insurance.
