We are looking for a SUPERSTAR Dental Assistant or Front Office Person (or someone who wants to be trained) to join our amazing team. We are a state-of-the-art growing practice with a vision to provide an exceptional dental experience to all our patients. We are looking for an individual who will grow with our practice and team!
Your job will include:
- Building relationships with patients.
- Explaining health benefits to patients.
- Handling the day’s schedule to make sure the day runs smoothly.
- Teaching and helping patients understand their health and recommendations.
- Reaching out and connecting with referring offices.
- Educating people about treatment options.
We are looking for candidates that have the following qualities:
- You have an incredible SMILE to welcome patients.
- Exceptional CUSTOMER SERVICE.
- You are PUNCTUAL, RELIABLE, ORGANIZED and RESPONSIBLE. There are many moving parts and responsibilities in handling hygiene duties.
- You are DRIVEN and GOAL-ORIENTED. Our team members are constantly learning. We are willing to train you if you are willing to LEARN. We grow together as a team in our practice. If you want to become the best at what you do, we will support you and help you grow.
- You are looking for a LONG-TERM position. We are growing as an office in the community. We would like to work with someone to be a part of our family.
- You are EMPATHETIC. As a team, we are empathetic to our patients and cater to their needs. We are looking for someone GENUINE to carry out this culture and provide KINDNESS to our patients.
