If you have previous medical office experience and skills we have several positions available that are full and part time positions with medical specialty practices in the Rogue Valley.
Ideal candidate MUST have some previous on the job medical office experience, must be professional, upbeat and happy personality to greet patients, able to handle multiple tasks at a fast pace with constant interruptions, great with patients and co-workers, Must have good attendance and work ethic, enjoys a challenge working in several areas of the medical practice, great with computers, good spelling and grammar skills, MUST be dependable and wanting to join a great medical team.
Duties: checking in/out patients, verifying patient information into computer, collect co-pays, some insurance verification, answering phones, scheduling, confirming appointments and procedures, routing calls to other areas of office as needed, taking detailed messages, perform administrative duties as needed, patient referrals, knowledge of EMR and terminology.
This positions are all during the week, and the pay is DOE. Please email resume with wage requirements.
