We are seeking a full-time long term Hygienist to become part of our amazing team. A skilled person that shares in our passion of delivering excellence in patient care. Mon-Thur is the preferred schedule for this position with an opportunity for Tue-Fri if preferred.
The ideal candidate would have the following:
Attributes and Abilities:
Nitrous and Anesthesia permit preferred, but not required
Open to building and establishing relationships with team members and patients
Excellent verbal skills with both the staff and the patients
Overall understanding in the concepts and systems of the practice
Ability to influence the patients in the direction of better oral health
Skilled in Treating Perio Disease
Knowledge in Eaglesoft Program, or likeness to, for scheduling, treatment planning, etc.
Willingness to learn and take part in the use of advanced technologies
Comfortable in using x-ray equipment, intraoral cameras and ultrasonic equipment
Assist Doctor in clinical treatment planning
Willingness to assist back office in sterilization, and daily, weekly, monthly tasks
Efficiency in patient handoffs and scheduling of clinical care follow-up
Preparedness in assisting front office staff with recare and schedule changes
