About Us:
We are a growing Christian therapy practice in Medford, Oregon that is looking for licensed staff to work locally in hybrid positions or remotely throughout Oregon. We are dedicated to transforming lives through innovative and compassionate care grounded on the solid foundation of faith. Our team is committed to providing the highest quality mental health services in a safe and non-judgmental environment where true hope and healing can be experienced. We have contracts with Care Oregon Healthshare, Jackson Care Connect, Columbia Care, All Care OHP, Yamhill OHP and several commercial plans. We also have a steady influx of self-pay clients.
What We Offer:
Competitive Compensation as a W-2 employee - get paid for ALL the hours you work, including payment for clinical hours (at clinical rate) and administrative time (at a lower admin rate). Fact: as a W-2 employee we pay half of your payroll taxes which increases your pay by 8%

What We’re Looking For:
LPC, LMFT or LCSW - Master’s degree in Counseling or Social Work or related field or education equivalent to a Master’s degree from an accredited college or university. An active and in-good-standing professional license with appropriate Oregon licensing board.
Compassion & Empathy: A genuine desire to help others and a deep commitment to providing client-centered Christian faith-based care.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a supportive team environment.
Technology Knowledge: Has knowledge and ability to use Google Suite, and EHR system: Simple Practice preferred.
Background and Drug Tests: Complete all required background checks including drug tests.
