We are looking for experienced and professional full time professional medical front desk receptionist for Medical Specialty practice in Medford. This is Mon-Fri 8-5 and pay is DOE.
Duties: Checking in/out patients, excellent customer service with patients, verify patient information in the computer, make copies of ID and insurance, chart preparation, filing, collect co-pays, able to handle multiple tasks with constant interruptions, scan documentation, phones, scheduling, good with problem solving, must be great with patients and a team player. This is a medical practice that is looking for someone long term and would like some medical experience and skills. Willing to train in some areas if the person has good previous medical skills.
We need someone who is dedicated, knows some medical terminology, good work history and is able to pass criminal background checks, drug screen, and reference checks.
