Rogue Dental is hiring for a full-time (4 day/week) Dental Hygienist. We will, however, consider a part-time position for the right candidate.

We are seeking an ambitious and dedicated colleague who is organized, energetic, and patient, with a caring heart and a good-natured personality. RELIABILITY and exceptional TEAMWORK is important and required. A desire to educate patients while making them feel comfortable is our main focus.
Rogue Dental is a single-doctor practice with very little turnover. (Our previous hygienist recently retired after 30 years.) Team members and patients come here to stay! Speaking of patients, ours are amazing
Our schedule is full and steady, while ample appointment time is given to provide your patient top-notch and attentive care. Assistant support is available to help with room turnover and exams.
We provide extremely competitive compensation, great weekly bonus incentives, and dental benefits to our full and part-time employees. Full-time employees are also eligible for our fully-funded health insurance plan and generous paid time off.
We offer a fantastic Monday-Thursday work schedule. Our typical hours are 7:30-5:00 p.m. Monday - Wednesday, closing at 3:30 pm on Thursday to get a jump-start on that 3-day weekend! As with all dental offices, some flexibility required based on appointment lengths and end-of-day duties. We are a team and help one another when needed!
Education and Experience
Diploma in Dental Hygiene
Valid Oregon license to practice Dental Hygiene
X-ray certified
Current BLS certification
Current on continuing education credits
Basic knowledge of practice management software
