Downey Krant Construction is looking for a new team meemeber. We are a small residential contracting co. that focuses on Kitchen & Bath remodels, New Construction , Additions and Pole Framed Shops/Barns.
We are looking for someone who already has a sound understanding of basic consturction and building practices (Must be able to accuratley read and use measuring tape and tools and accuratle use a saw) and understand how to work effeciently and practically. We need someone who understands there are likely manny ways to accopmplish tasks but values doing it the same as the rest of the team as decided per plan, either to create uniformity or ease of workflow etc.
We are not look for a Foreman or Finsih carpenter, but someone who is able to work hard with some job specific skills, that may want to be in a leadership postion in a year or so with a little more experince. We do promote from within for the right employee.
We are offering $20-$25/hr depending on skill and experience.
