Looking for a hardworking, reliable, and trustworthy employee to help co-manage a small excavation contracting company. Needs to be self-motivated, manage day to day operations, Stay focused on the work at hand but be able to look forward and schedule other work to stay busy. Applicants need to be able to pass a drug test, background check, and have a current driver’s license to be insured for transportation purposes. CDL not required.
Job requirements are as follows: Must be able to operate a mini excavator, skid steer and dump truck. Be able to pull and back up trailers. Needs to be able to keep a daily log on a computer. Be able to call in for locates on a computer, must be able to use outlook for scheduling along with many other skills. A Flagging card would be a plus
The hours are Monday through Friday with some weekends required depending on the time of year. Longer hours are available during busy season which applicant will be compensated for.
Competitive pay depends on skill level and work experience, vacation, holiday, sick pay, and HRA or full medical insurance can be offered after a probationary time.
