What You’ll Do
- Load, unload, and organize roofing materials
- Assist experienced roofers with shingle, metal, and tile installations
- Maintain a clean, safe jobsite (sweeping, hauling debris, organizing tools)
- Help set up ladders, scaffolding, and safety equipment
- Learn basic measurements, cuts, and material handling
- Tear off existing roofers and clean jobs sites
No prior roofing experience? No problem. We provide paid on-the-job training and mentorship from industry pros.
What We Offer
- Starting pay: $18–$22/hr (DOE) plus attendance bonuses
- Overtime opportunities in peak season
- Career growth: laborer → crew leader → foreman
What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic & willingness to learn
- Physically fit; comfortable lifting up to 80 lbs
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
- Comfortable working at heights and outdoors
