This is a FULL TIME position, Tuesday - Saturday 9:00am to 5:00pm with room for flexibility.
Accent Spas has been delivering Hot Tubs in the Rogue Valley for 30+ Years! Our mission is to put the “Ahh” In Spa, simply said, our goal is to provide customers with a peaceful place to relax.
Great customer service is a key component of the position, someone who is willing to go above and beyond to help the customer will be a valued member of the team. We rely on our reputation within the community, so our driver’s treatment of customers must leave a positive lasting experience.
THIS IS A PHYSICALLY DEMANDING JOB
THIS POSITION REQUIRES YOU TO BE OUTDOORS YEAR ROUND
REQIREMENTS:
A Valid Oregon Driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a background screening and drug test
High School diploma or equivalent
Dependable transportation, use of company vehicles once training is completed.
Excellent physical fitness and stamina – this role requires strength, endurance, and the ability to perform manual labor throughout the day
A positive “CAN-DO” Attitude and TEAM Mentality is a MUST.
Clean and professional appearance
Professional customer interactions and communications
Ability to work flexible hours.
Must be able to lift, push, pull up to 150 lbs without complications
Strong organization skills and an eye for attention to detail
Enjoys a challenge
Must be able to work with minimum supervision
Forklift driving experience
HANDS ON TRAINING - NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY -
Small appliance repair and electrical background a PLUS
MUST BE WILLING TO LEARN

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Delivery and installations of hot tubs in the Rogue Valley and surrounding areas
Provide a positive delivery experience to the customer
Maintain a professional attitude and appearance, go above and beyond your job responsibilities to create long lasting customers
Work and communicate with sales and service teams to deliver customer value
Communicate with customers about technical issues and spa care information
Diagnosis of spa issues during installation
Assembly of spa accessories ie: lifters, steps etc.
Learn the ins and outs of proper hot tub maintenance
Must be able to follow the process, take detailed notes pertaining to each delivery
Work in outdoor conditions
Local sales event set up
Showroom support - rearrange & install show room models
Maintain vehicles and trails, report issues to supervisor so they can be addressed
