Looking for full time help. The most important attributes we are looking for are a positive demeanor and dependability. Experience is not necessary, everything we do is simple and easy to learn. We provide a nice long term work environment where the employer and employee's care about one another, and work together.
Duties and skills needed are varied, and include:
Customer Service and Communication.
Basic Writing Reading and Arithmetic.
Basic Computer skills.
Warehouse work, including some heavy lifting.
Shipping products when needed.
Ability to safely work on a ladder.
Occasional use of a forklift.
Must be experienced in pulling trailers. Day travel to Salem and back with cargo trailer.
MUST HAVE Drivers license and good driving record is a plus.
Some minor property management (the company owns rental properties.
Possible construction and maintenance work, if you are inclined, but primarily looking for someone help install awnings and some office/warehouse work
Most days you will be:
Helping install awnings.
Selling products to retail customers and contractors (not high volume, most days at least).
Answering customer questions via phone or email.
Shipping products, small and large.
Stocking and ordering products.
We're hoping to find a full time employee for our Pacific Patio Structure Business with one day in the office/warehouse (covering some Saturdays and people who go on vacation) Hours vary with awning install work. 6-7am to 2-3:30pm (Summertime) Fridays are usually half day. Ideally, your schedule would be: Monday-Friday, for a full 40hrs. but we are open to other suggestions. We are a small, flexible company and can accommodate doctors visits, Kids sports, fishing trips, emergencies etc. Some travel and overnights will be required as well.
