Looking for project managers and lead technicians to join our team. Experience in disaster restoration preferred. Must be a strong communicator and self motivator. Positive attitude required! Opportunities for advancement achievable. Need to pass drug screen and background check. Valid ODL with clean driving record.
Responsible for supervising assigned mitigation projects. Supervise crew daily on each jobsite while ensuring proper documentation is happening. Report to Project Manager daily. Responsible for securing the job site, maintaining all equipment and vehicles used, and using proper carpenter techniques. Follow the job scope as provided and be aware of the job surroundings to keep it safe and find possible moments to outperform for the client. Use proper PPE and take numerous photos of every aspect along the job process.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervise PROJECTS
Supervise mitigation projects per the company’s flow chart. Visit the jobsite every day that employees or sub-contractors are working and as need arises. Track Drying with accurate records and track equipment used (check in/out and clean up). Ensure information is delivered to Project Manager in timely, complete, and accurate manner.
LABORERS
Complete accurate and complete scope of work, ensuring each technician knows what to do daily.
SUB-CONTRACTORS
Hire/Manage sub-contractors. Get written bids, signed sub-contractor policy, copy of CCB and certificate of insurance. Do not allow a sub-contractor to do any work until we have these. Oversee their work and assure sub-contractor remains within our scope of work.
JOB COMPLETION
Ensure all jobs are performed properly, completed, and job site cleaned.
JOB PROBLEMS
Handle any construction-related problems and/or customer complaints. Notify all Managers of any problems. Refer any agency (e.g. CCB), or possible agency-reporting, complaints to GM.
ON TIME/ON BUDGET
Ensure all jobs are delivered on time and on budget, i.e. Under promise, over deliver.
SUPPLY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure all supplies required for the job in progress are on site at least one day prior to workers’ arrival and start date.
COMMUNICATION AND UNDERSTANDING
Communicate and relay information to workers under your supervision, customers, and sub-contractors in a detailed and efficient manner so that the project is completed safely and in an appropriate time. You are the Safety Officer while on the job site.
ORGANIZATION
Remain organized in paperwork, digital documentation, and all forms of communication to all members of ProKleen Inc. Initial response to job site you will sketch a complete map of affected and potentially affected areas, draft up initial scope of work and delegate tasks that need immediate attention to resources available to you. Deliver this information to Estimator immediately upon completion.
EMERGENCY ON CALL
During select weekends and when asked please be ready at a moment’s notice to perform emergency services. Upon arrival you will be expected to obtain a signed Work Authorization form and CCB Documents.
VEHICLE MAINTENANCE
When using company vehicles use proper road driving ethics. Keep the vehicles in good shape, cleaned, and checked daily. If maintenance is required set up a schedule to get it handled. Store all vehicles inside the shop and keep them ready to go (i.e. well stocked and fueled up) for the next day, and especially in case of an emergency.
EQUIPMENT
Utilize PSA to keep an electronic record of equipment location. Store all equipment in a clean, organized, and safe manner. When in transit make sure all equipment is fully secured to prevent damage. Set up equipment in a safe manner and take any pictures as necessary. Clean equipment before storing at the end of the day.
PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT
Company provided bag needs to be maintained and checked daily. Report any damaged or lost items to management. At end of day clean and properly store all used equipment. Replace expendable items (i.e. tape) as necessary. Wear the proper gear for the situation at hand.
CUSTOMER RELATIONS
As the face of the company keep a high level of professionalism and workmanship. Keep the customer aware of the job process while working. Keep the job site safe and secure. Be aware of your surroundings and look for opportunities to be the client’s hero.
REQUIRED PROGRAMS
Log into PSA Mobile 3.0 daily when at the shop, keep the program up to date and utilize for equipment tracking. Utilize TSheets for electronic time tracking.
