Looking for potential candidates to help with processing multiple strains to fulfill orders for a prestigiously growing farm that has been established since 2016. Processing consist of: Fan leaf removal, bud removal from branches, and a minimal amount of detail clean-up with A buds.
Job offer is a taxed 1099-NEC for contractors. Payment is weekly and paid out in cash.
Requirements:
-A valid OLCC marijuana workers permit with photo ID.
-reliable transportation
-able to commute to the Applegate area for work
-must follow direction with quality & examples for each individual strains
-efficiently complete task with good time-management
-capable of completing daily personal goals (goals are realistic and not obscured). An example would be number of totes completed &
quantity by grams.
-able to stay on task and keep a rapidly steady pace
-able to work well with other peers
-able to follow any policies/rules on contracted farm
-capable of working full-time schedule of: Monday- Friday, from 7am-3:30pm ( 8 hours daily & 40 hours per week )
