WHAT I NEED
- 2-1/2 to 3 hours of work every other week
- bathroom and kitchen thouroughly scrubbed including floors
- living and dining rooms vacumn
swept and mopped with Swiffer
- no bedrooms, no laundry and no windows that you must clean
- reliable, honest, bonded cleaner, one person who practices confidentiality and is a proficient cleaner
- accountable and responsible worker
- must be able to be around my three cats without being allergy plagued and miserable or feeling threatened by them. They are typical kitty cats and I will not subject you to having to clean their litter box that's my job.
- tolerate my tobacco use in the home, but not while you are in my home. I will smoke outside while you are here.
- may need a more thorough clean or more time the 1st few visits.
WHAT YOU GET
- a grateful senior who is disabled but still desires to remain in her home
- I'm still capable of caring for my pets, my bedrooms my laundry and my shopping needs along with my medications. I just no longer have physical ability to do cleaning like it should be done
- someone who pays on time, the full amount and who will respect and value you.
- gratefullness, non drill sargeant type but do require quality work. I do hope you take pride in your work because it is hard work doing good cleaning.
- if there's a problem with me or with you or with the cleaning we just need to speak about it we don't need to get upset. Resolutions and mediations are much better than making both partys angry and hurt
