About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Working Landscape Supervisor to lead and manage field crews on a variety of residential and commercial landscaping projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that all work meets quality standards, is completed on time.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, train, and supervise landscaping crews on-site
Schedule daily work.
Ensure all jobs are completed to high standards of quality and safety
Perform hands-on landscaping work as needed (installation, maintenance, irrigation, etc.)
Monitor inventory and equipment needs
Qualifications
3+ years of landscape or construction supervisory experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent knowledge of landscape techniques, tools, and materials
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
