Southern Oregons premier local Christian broadcaster, theDove TV in Medford, is growing our Partnership Management and Development Department. Were looking for a full-time Sales Professional to move our mission forward utilizing television and digital advertising sales and radio sponsorship sales to new advertisers and sponsors.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Generate revenue for theDove and meet monthly sales goals
2. Develop new business by selling television and digital advertising as well as develop new radio sponsorships to local businesses
3. Discover the business goals and advertising objectives of clients and help them understand how supporting the mission of theDove can help them achieve their goals
Skills Needed:
1. Must have 1-2 years of media sales experience
2. Must be an excellent communicator
3. Enthusiastic
4. Highly motivated and have solid organizational skills
5. Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint as well as ability to learn and use station email, sales and traffic computer systems
