JOB SUMMARY
Pavati, a subsidiary of Highway Products, is seeking a seasoned Brand Marketing Manager to join its rapidly growing marine business in southern Oregon. The successful candidate will work closely with the Pavati leadership team to ensure that its annual objectives and KPIs are achieved.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the candidate will serve as the chief liaison between Pavati leadership and the Marketing Shared Services team (which also supports the Highway Products business). The primary objective of the role is to ensure that Marketing Plans are developed and executed that address the specific needs of the Pavati business.
Areas of focus will include:
Brand Management-Positioning
Customer Value Proposition Management
Quarterly Marketing Plan Development
Marketing Funnel Planning & Management
Marketing Campaigns - Focused on Customer Retention, Reactivation, and Acquisition
Marketing Communications – Digital and Print Channels
Customer Research and Analytics
Competitor Research
Marketing Budgets
Trade Events
Sponsorship
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or a related field required.
10+ years of diverse B2C brand marketing experience, preferably in luxury goods.
Marine industry experience preferred, but not required.
Proven track record of developing and executing marketing strategies (plans) that deliver measurable results.
Strong understanding of print and digital marketing channels.
Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Strong project management skills.
Self-starter and team player.
Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and change.
