Geared for the Driven:
The Social Media Marketing Specialist will work with our leaders to formulate strategies and campaigns, then implement, measure and optimize them across all social media channels, specifically: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google+, and Instagram.
As a successful Social Media Marketing Specialist you have extraordinary copywriting skills.
You understand SEO that ignites conversations with great value, using words & imagery in a clear, compelling, inspiring and inviting way; copy that integrates science & research, so that posts offer relevant insight that elevate lives. You write in an authentic, clear and compelling way that INSPIRES action.
You will be the lead for scheduling (managing the calendar), and repurposing existing content into social media posts, then strategically disseminating posts throughout all social media channels, as well as actively liking, posting thoughtful comments (including comments on Blog) to ignite conversation, and sharing posts.
You'll be writing and posting EPIC, relevant, valuable content (including working w/Graphics designers to create artistic, content-rich memes). You will keep conversation and audience engagement alive with our current close-knit community as well as to actively increase new opt-ins.
You are someone committed to monitor/measure metrics, optimize improvement, and deliver weekly reports.
How you'll succeed:
You understand current social media trends and stay up-to-date on shifts and changes to ensure ongoing audience reach with consistent and increasing visibility
You have extraordinary copywriting skills and catch grammatical errors before publication
You are a master of SEO content
You are flexible and responsive, able to work with a dynamic team in a growing and transforming business
Your communication skills are clear and impactful. You take direction well, provide guidance with emotional intelligence, and contribute masterfully to ideas which grow our audience.
Your personal Social Media platforms MUST be aligned with our brand and not contain controversial or polarizing postings*.
You genuinely care about people and our community
You are able to work full time and travel to our events
