Position Summary:

This position deals with a wide range of disciplines within the company to ensure that company goals, objectives, policies and procedures are managed and improved. The job has a broad context that includes working on special projects, responsibility for non-routine correspondence, handling highly confidential and sensitive information in multiple disciplines including legal counsel, contract management, human resources, and other external contacts. Maintains KPIs and overall goals and objectives for TerraMai. Responsibilities also include coordinating and managing inter-disciplinary meetings within TerraMai including Operations, Sales, Finance, Human Resources, Contracts etc. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize diversified workload and to recommend changes in company practices or procedures.

Job Responsibilities:

Must be highly organized and able to develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work efficiently.

Communicates with people inside and outside the organization, representing the organization to employees, customers and suppliers, outside agencies and other external sources in a tactful, professional, and effective manner while maintaining confidentiality.

Manages projects as assigned.

Manages confidential records and files.

Serves as a liaison with internal departments and outside agencies at all levels of the company (CEO to hourly).

Writes, updates and recommends policies and procedures for the company.

Applies knowledge and experience to compose correspondence and act as a company liaison for compliance and technical reports (FSC, DEQ, etc.).

Explains policies throughout the company.

Creates and updates records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.

Interacts with external legal counsel and reviews contracts as needed.

Education / Qualifications / Background Requirements:

Four-year college degree (business-related field preferred but not required) and 10+ years of professional level experience.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Strong organizational and multitasking skills, ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines under work pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively.

Strong problem-solving skills.
