Position Summary:
This position performs a variety of duties in receiving, issuing, handling, and counting inventory and is responsible for maintaining accurate stock inventories using a variety of systems, including data entry into Excel and internal inventory tracking systems.
Job Responsibilities:
Receives delivered supplies, materials, and equipment; confirms that delivered goods match purchase order specifications of quantity, condition, etc.; completes all necessary paperwork for stock items received, and forwards to supervisor either manually or electronically.
Accurately counts material from incoming sources including containers, FTLs, LTLs, parcels and other delivery methods
Accurately and quickly completes data entry into a variety of systems including Excel and MRP / ERP systems.
Inspect and measure material to insure it adheres to TerraMais specifications.
Provide inventory reports as needed
Load and Unload various types of deliveries
Conduct cycle counts to ensure accuracy
Maintain Inventory records
Organizes and maintains warehouse and inventory yard areas for efficient material storage and handling
Maintain labeling system on each stock item
Maintains records and coordinates the periodic safety inspection and testing of specialized utility equipment.
Operates indoor and heavy-duty outdoor forklifts, and other necessary vehicles and equipment, to properly handle materials being received, issued, stocked, and picked;

Education / Qualifications / Background Requirements:
2+ years of experience in an inventory role
Strong computer skills and other office technology, especially Excel and data entry
Familiar with data entry systems
Able to lift to 50 pounds
Able to stand and bend for long periods of time in a warehouse environment
Forklift certified
