Position Available: Warehouse & Production Manager (Full-Time)
Start Date: Immediate
Compensation: $25-$30/hour, based on experience
We’re seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Warehouse & Production Manager. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a hands-on approach, and a passion for efficiency and precision.
Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee the production of metal racks, including cutting and drilling processes.
-Manage inventory and ensure accurate tracking of materials and supplies.
-Fulfill customer orders with a focus on quality and timeliness.
-Supervise all aspects of production, ensuring smooth operations.
-Handle shipping and receiving, including UPS and LTL Freight coordination.
-Interact professionally with customers, addressing inquiries and needs.
-Manage general warehouse operations to maintain a clean and efficient workspace.
Requirements:
Forklift operation experience is mandatory.
Strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude are highly valued.
