Job Description:

Highway Products is currently seeking candidates to fill multiple manufacturing roles, including Fabrication, Powder Coat, and Welding positions. You will be a key component in the production of our world-renowned products such as Toolboxes, Pick Up Packs, Truck Slides, and Flat Beds, just to name a few. We offer extensive opportunities for growth and in-house training programs, so you can build a long-lasting career with us!

Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare work by studying documented instructions and gathering parts, tools, and materials.

Fabricate, weld, powder coat, components according to the engineered and blue-printed instructions.

Verify specifications of the completed product and examine for quality control.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.

Work collaboratively with fellow technicians and other team members to meet production goals. Report any potential issues or areas for improvement to supervisors.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED.

Ability to use basic hand and power tools.

Previous manufacturing, aluminum welding, powder coating, or fabrication experience is a plus.
