We are currently seeking an experienced part time Event Coordinator for our annual Rogue Winterfest event! Rogue Winterfest is Josephine Countyâs largest holiday festival and this is our 17th year. This position would shadow the current Event Coordinators from now through the end of the year to learn the position. The Event Coordinator will learn to handle all aspects of Rogue Winterfest, all logistics of the event, and will act as the main point of contact for all issues related to the event. The position has the potential for growth. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to work well with others, including sponsors, vendors, staff, volunteers and guests. Must be able to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 25 pounds, work long hours around the five-day event time, have strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task. Must be self-motivated, enthusiastic and have a willingness to learn.
