Family Solutions has on-call (not temporary) positions available within our residential treatment program in Grants Pass. The individuals filling these roles must be team oriented, energetic, and passionate about helping at-risk youth.
In the residential setting, available shifts can include day, swing and night; any day of the week, including weekends.
Start date: ASAP
Compensation:
base wage: $11.09-16.63/hour
shift differential: $1.00/hour between 11pm and 7am
What to expect as an RTC:
Provide direction/redirection to children/youth in the areas of
Daily Living
Hygiene
School
Behavior Management
Group Work
This is a therapeutic residential home environment. Children/youth participate in daily groups (facilitated by staff), attend on-site school (until mainstreamed into local school district), and interact in the community setting as much as the child/youth is able.
A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred. A combination of formal education and experience with children or young adults may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
Applicants must complete a background check, Medicaid fraud check, and have a valid driver's license with a minimum of 4 years driving experience.
