Ashland Supportive Housing has provided residential and supportive services for adults who experience intellectual and developmental disabilities since 1982. We are looking for a Residential Manager for a home for 3 adults with I/DD. The right candidate will be a natural leader with a passion for working with people, and enthusiasm for supporting people's rights. Requirements include a minimum of two (2) years experience working with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a 24 hour residential setting, the ability to pass a DHS background check, and a valid Oregon driver's license. Medical or CNA experience a plus.

The Residential Program Manager is part of a team at ASH. The duties for this position listed below include but are not limited to :
- All areas of employee management; including conducting staff meetings, interviewing, scheduling, training, evaluations and shift coverage. You will be responsible for ensuring our staff members are set up for success when coming on shift.
- Assist in creating and implementing Individual Service Plans.
- Ensure each resident has routine and equal access to the community and preferred activities, either through assigning staff or direct assistance.
- Ensure all medical needs are met, documented adhered to and arrange any training necessary.
- Maintain all financial records including client accounts and household spending accounts.
- Monitor facility maintenance. Supervise and assist staff in ensuring a clean, safe and healthy environment.
- Supervise and maintain accurate on-going record keeping and charting, logs, data collection, appointments, protocols and general documentation.
- Ensure all clients' rights are upheld and that care is provided in a manner that is respectful of the individuals likes and dislikes, and is in accordance with the Individual Service Plan.
- Medication management and supervision.
Compensation: $50,960.00 annually to start. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, alternative health care, paid vacation, sick time, and optional retirement contributions with up to 3% employer match.
