Summary/Objective: The Accounting Assistant is accountable for basic accounting and providing support in the administration of office tasks and upkeep. This role supports the Accounting and Human Resource department.

Bank Deposits
Accounts Payable
Company & Administrative Filings
Human Bean Accounting & Payroll
Customer Service Related to Billing Issues/Concerns
Process, Balance and Post Customer Payments to Accounts
Collections Support
Data Entry and Other Accounting Support Functions
Administrative Tasks
Miscellaneous Projects as Assigned

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position, and normal work hours and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Travel:
Travel is occasional and primarily local, during the business day.
