Evergreen Roofing Inc. is seeking a full-time administrative assistant. Duties to include:
Reception - answering phones, writing up bid/maintenance/repair requests
Payroll - entering time on appropriate job spreadsheets, and in QB and issuing payroll checks (training provided)
AP - entering bills in job spreadsheets and in QB. Balancing vendor accounts.
AR - generating invoices in QB and entering invoices in job spreadsheets
Light office cleaning.
Typical business hours, Monday - Friday, but we can be somewhat flexible on the schedule.
