Your Responsibilities Include:
Administrative Support Duties
-Answer multiple phone lines with appropriate manner
-Take orders/customer service via phone web or in-person
-Maintain excel spreadsheets
-Maintain an in-place filing system
-Assist with bill pay and payroll duties
-Build strong working relationships with new and existing distributors and educational partners
-Reach out to clientele with sales and/or customer care calls and email correspondence
-Take in orders for products by phone, web, email, and in-person
-Utilize a high level of product knowledge, be able to demonstrate our products in various settings
-Are comfortable with networking to boost clientele and business relations
-Process applications for new distributors and educators
-Outreach to potential new business
To Qualify for the Position:
-Have prior sales experience
-Background in customer service
-Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
-Proficient in Microsoft Office
-Able to use Gmail, Google Drive, and Calendar
-QuickBooks experience is preferred, but not required
Compensation & Benefits:
Once hired, the starting wage is $13 per hour
