This is a position in a Tire Shop that encompasses all aspects of running a family-owned business. We are looking for someone to work between 15-20 in a shared position. We would like to hire someone who is detail-oriented and has the ability to multitask and self-manage. The position entails data entry, greeting customers, answering phone lines, and being responsible for time-sensitive invoices and billing.
An extensive understanding of QuickBooks is not necessary, but MUST have a basic understanding of the program, and not just be a "fast learner" (although appreciated). Must be willing to work Saturday mornings, if necessary. This is a position that is not micro-managed and so finding someone who can problem solve is imperative. We look forward to meeting you.
