Our organization is currently seeking a On Site Coordinator for a 33 unit mobile home community located in Jackson County, Oregon. This is a great opportunity for an experienced individual or a 2 person team. The Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of move in, hookup, onsite maintenance request, landscaping, painting, unlocking and locking facilities at the park, keeping the grounds and park tidy, and outsource any maintenance request when needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The On Site Coordinator is responsible for showing units, maintaining courteous relations with residents,
Leasing units
Marketing vacancies
Scheduling vendors, turnovers and repairs
Strong customer service skills
Computer knowledge
Bookkeeping experience
Experience with, Onsite Property Management Software, Microsoft word, Quickbooks, Google Drive not all are mandatory but must be adaptable to learning.
Must live on site, housing provided. If you have your own home we can adjust the pay rate
FED, court, evictions
This role is perfect for a 2 person team, there will be landscaping and minor maintenance needs as well.
REQUIRED SKILLS
The On Site Coordinator must have great customer service skills and be punctual and detail oriented. The On Site Coordinator must also have excellent communication and phone skills, strong organizational skills and be self motivated and energetic. Our On Site Coordinator should also possess the ability to learn quickly while paying attention to detail and must be able to pass a criminal background investigation. MUST HAVE OWN VEHICLE, CLEAN DRIVING RECORD.
PAY: Based on experience, salary + Free Space Rent
