Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven full-time Real Estate Agent to join our team. As a vital member of our agency, you will be responsible for representing buyers and sellers in real estate transactions, conducting market research, showing properties, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Key Responsibilities:
- Represent buyers and sellers in real estate transactions
- Provide professional guidance to clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed of current market trends
- Show properties to potential buyers and assist in property viewings
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing on behalf of clients

Qualifications:
- Active or willing to to get real estate license in Oregon
- Proven track record of success in sales
