Rogue Valley Manor The Rogue Valley Manor, Medford’s premier retirement community is seeking Security Officers, both on-call and part time! Rogue Valley Manor is Southern Oregon’s only Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC). Its expansive campus sits atop Barneburg Hill and is home to nearly 1000 residents. Nestled between Centennial Golf Club and its own Quail Point Golf Course, the community boasts 600 accommodations (cottages, apartments, and free standing homes), 3 dining rooms, a bistro, state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor pool, tennis courts, craft & hobby rooms, woodshop, dog park and community gardens. We are seeking a professional that operates with composure, and recognizes the importance of customer focus and the ability to instill trust in a security position. Our Security position uses effective communication and technology (communication, monitoring, and alarm systems) to ensure the safety of our residents and employees. The preferred candidate is confident, situationally adaptable, customer focused, schedule oriented, and has strong decision quality.About You: Previous experience is preferred but not required. We will help the right individual obtain the Unarmed DPSST Certification, but if you already have it, that’s great!
