Avalon Health Care Management, Inc. is seeking a Director of Community Relations to join our outstanding Team!
The Director of Community Relations is responsible for the sales and marketing of the community. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to: effectively marketing the community through finding and delivering qualified leads; and selling the community through discovering, presenting, and closing qualified leads with the objective of reaching and maintaining budgeted census and revenue goals. Additional responsibilities include ensuring a smooth resident move-in process; communicating new resident information to fellow team members and hiring, training, and coaching the concierges and move-in coordinator (if applicable). It is expected that the director of community relations complete any required training and become knowledgeable in Avalon philosophy, principles, of service, and applicable policies and procedures.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
College degree preferred
Sales experience important (both presenting and closing
Enjoys interacting with seniors
Good organizational skills
Computer literate or willing to learn computer skills
Management experience preferred
