Pickers Pawn is looking to add to our outstanding team!
We are looking to add another Pawn Broker.
The qualified candidate may have past experience as a Pawn Broker but we are willing
to train the right person, selling Firearms a plus, and/or Gold and Jewelry experience.
-Pawn Broker Candidates should have a basic knowledge of Oregon firearms rules and
regulations, day to day work would include showing and selling guns, providing firearm
transfers, cleaning guns and getting them ready for sale, assessing the value of guns
and significant proper form knowledge of a 4473. You would be expected to perform
gold buying as well as the buying and selling of jewelry. Jewelry knowledge, assessing
the value, cleaning jewelry up and making it ready for resale. Understanding Gold and
Silver prices and how to do gold and silver testing is a plus. As with any position at our
stores we look for positive, goal oriented individuals who can participate in a fast paced,
team oriented environment.
- Have good problem solving skills, Bi-lingual is also a plus
-Responsible and timely candidates a must!
-Must be neat in attire
-Must have the ability to lift over 25 pounds
