Job description:
Provide customer support
- Answer telephone calls and respond to emails
- Handle inquiries and answer questions about products
- Follow up with customers, receive orders and fill invoices
- Enter data in QuickBooks

- Experience with customer support
- Good teamwork, communication and troubleshooting skills
- Self-motivated, dependable, able to follow instructions
Major Responsibilities Include:

Ensure each customer receives outstanding service
Maintain awareness of all promotions and advertisements
Execute the daily operational, day-to-day goals and priorities as assigned
Uphold merchandising and store cleanliness standards
Participate in processing of new shipments
Assist in the training and development of peers
Ideal candidate would be both hardworking and strong.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift 50 pounds frequently and 75 pounds occasionally
