We are an established OLCC Rec Farm located outside of Grants Pass and are in search of some dedicated individuals with Sales experience to add to our team.
Position Summary
The Sales Associate is responsible for driving, sales revenue, achieving sales goals and providing customer service. The Sales Associate will effectively develop and build positive relationships with dispensaries.
Essential Functions
Develop and execute sales plan and strategies to drive sales
Analyze market trends and maintain up to date knowledge on market
Adjust strategy based on market demands
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual goals
Monitor customer complaints and recommendations for products
Maintain adequate customer contacts and determine their product needs
Actively solicit and promote the sale of the products
Provide weekly active contact lists of prospective customers
Ensure professionalism in all interactions with customers
Communicate product orders professionally and in a timely manner
Maintain a record of sales activities
Assure compliance with all local and state licensing and other regulatory requirements

Requirements
OLCC Handlers permit
Prior experience working in the cannabis industry
A laptop or tablet
Valid drivers license and a functioning vehicle
Frequent travel to several locations across the state
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and all associated programs (including Microsoft Office Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel)
