Redwoods Leavitt Insurance Agency Medford, OR is looking for an experienced Personal Lines Agent for their office. This is a full -time position. Base Salary with high commission possibility.
Must have current Insurance License in the State of OR.
We are looking for someone who thrives in a high paced and energetic interactive level with the agents, coworkers and clients.
This position will be responsible for bringing in new personal lines sales to the agency. Must be outgoing, a self-starter and able to work independently with exceptional customer service.
Duties include:
Obtaining appropriate and accurate information to provide quotes, summaries and proposals for new clients.
Reviewing coverage with clients.
Working with the Agencies CRM program.
Working with the Agencies AMS program.
Cross selling of other products clients might need.
Building a referral network within the community.
Able to meet and exceed goals.
Advising customers on coverage.
Strong client service skills.
Office computer skills and phone skills.
Developing and maintaining carrier relationships.
