The Recruiting Coordinator position is an exciting opportunity for a recent college graduate to gain inside sales and marketing experience and subsequent skills. The recruiting coordinator will support our Talent Acquisition team for a multi-state hospitality organization. This full time position will be based out of our home office in Medford, Oregon. Hybrid/flexible work schedules may be available. This individual will be under limited supervision and will be the heart of the advertising and sourcing machine. In addition, this individual will work on assignments that are sensitive and confidential in nature. Job responsibilities and duties may include but are not limited to the following:Advertise on external job posting websites (IE craigslist, association websites, indeed.com sponsored campaigns, zip recruiter, etc.).
Coordinate High-level sourcing projects with our Media team.
Be the conduit between our advertising vendors, the recruiters, and our accounting team.
Assists with development of training and implementation materials for talent acquisition related items.
Develop and distribute various reports from our Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS).
Manage Ad templates and campaigns in coordination with our Media team.
Attend career fairs and recruiting events.

About you: Bachelor’s degree equivalent. Human Resources or Communications degree preferred but not required. Classes in a related field preferred.
Must be proficient in using MS Office products such as Excel, Word, and Powerpoint.
Must have a basic understanding of HTML.
