What You’ll Do:
Generate new sales leads and build client relationships
Conduct on-site assessments to understand customers’ needs and present solutions
Provide estimates, close sales, and ensure customer satisfaction
Meet sales targets and contribute to our company’s success
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in roofing sales or a similar field preferred (but we’ll train the right person!)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Self-motivated with a passion for helping customers
