Immediate need for an Applications /Desktop Support Specialist. This is a full time, direct hire opportunity and would begin ASAP and must be onsite. This role would help to support end users with Application issues and troubleshoot/resolve problems. This would include some e-mail and Microsoft application support as well.
Requirements:
Must have application support / troubleshooting experience (medical application experience desirable)
Desktop troubleshooting / resolution experience
End User support in a professional and even tempered personality
Provide training to staff on applications as needed
Work with 3rd party application vendors to resolve issues.
