Seeking a full-time employee for an Talent based tree service who exemplifies the highest standards in the business. We need someone who can think while moving, has high personal standards of their own both in thought and action, can take directions, is not afraid to ask questions or try new things, has a high rate of retention, and can be an equal part of the team yet is comfortable standing on their own legs. Must be good with a variety of people and be free of a ponderous ego.
Experience in arboriculture, landscaping, firefighting, or other related field is preferable, but we are willing to train the right person in as much as they want to learn about the profession of being an arborist, from the ground up to the tree tops. This job opening an entry level position. We are not seeking experience tree climbers or certified arborists at this time.
