· displays ability to create repair plans, estimate cost, and ensure that necessary parts and resources are
acquisitioned appropriately and on time.
· shows the ability to coordinate and negotiate with insurance companies regarding quality repair needs,
costs and required supplements.
· possesses the skills to sell the services we offer and to upsell when appropriate, with confidence
· desires to serve a smaller, fast-paced and family-owned production shop
· displays confidence in serving multiple insurance companies and meeting their varied requirements
· has a passion to profit from high-quality, top-end products and services
· has thorough understanding of turnaround times related to collision repair, painting, automotive
maintenance, and professional auto detailing
· displays a thorough knowledge of CCC One, Parts Trader, All Data, and other estimating platforms
· has no reserves in serving as a substitute service writer for our two automotive repair mechanics when
needed
· shows respect for our drug-free workplace and agrees with our zero tolerance for in-house politics
· has 3+ years experience serving as a high-level estimator
· takes ownership and pride in performing excellent work
· shows accountability for their mistakes and course-corrects when necessary
· displays a positive attitude and is of dependable character
· shows up on time and stays until the workload and demands have been fulfilled
· is a self-starter who pays attention to detail
· has a strong SAFETY-FIRST mindset
