We are a family run residential construction company that specializes in custom additions, renovation projects, and light commercial. We handle all aspects of construction; from foundations, framing, siding, drywall, paint, flooring, tile, to finish work and everything in between. Working for us will give you a well-rounded variety of construction experience.
We are looking to fill two positions; one for an entry level laborer that would like to learn and expand their skills in construction, and one skilled carpenter that would be able to tackle framing, finish work and flooring, among other things. There is some room for growth, and light management or supervision, but as a small company we are not looking for site foreman or management only positions. All openings are for full-time, hands-on construction.
Ideal candidates are good self-starters but also work well under direct supervision, with reliable transportation, will show up on time, are willing to learn, possess a positive attitude, and good communicators. Minimal to no construction experience is acceptable for the entry level position, and the opportunity for on-the-job training available for anyone. Job site locations vary throughout the Rogue Valley, including Medford, Ashland and Applegate.

Applicants will need:
Ability to lift 50+lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
Good English oral comprehension skills to follow verbal instructions and respond to questions about job tasks.
Ability to balance on ladders and scaffolding.
Ability to work well with subcontractors and crew members.
General knowledge of construction operations and procedures a plus
Familiarity with hand tools such as power drills, hammers, and saws a plus
Responsibilities may include:
Ready the construction site each day for the current project by preparing materials, tools, and equipment.
Apply new project instructions for each job and make adjustments as directed by the manager or supervisor.
Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
Maintain a brisk and productive pace of activities to complete all assigned tasks within time constraints.
leave construction equipment and tools clean, organized, and stored in an orderly fashion after each use.
Provide assistance to other team members on various tasks.
