This in-person role requires the contractor to work on location.
Responsibilities:
Complete cut and sew projects within agreed-upon timelines, ensuring products are ready for shipping according to the production schedule.
Utilize supplied materials to cut and sew products, strictly following design templates and specifications to maintain consistency and quality.
Conduct quality assurance on finished products to ensure they meet the high standards required for shipping out, including checking for defects in stitching, alignment, and overall presentation.
Communicate effectively with the production team regarding project progress, potential delays, or material discrepancies.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient production environment.
Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations related to the use of sewing and cutting equipment.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a cut and sew contractor, with a portfolio showcasing previous work.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Good communication skills and reliability in meeting deadlines.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
